RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Basically, due to the nature of swimwear being undergarments, all items are final sale.
If the items are unworn, undamaged, still with original tags attached, and your reason to request an exchange is a manufacturing defect (super duper rare), we will offer one exchange within 30 days of the purchase.

Email us to request an exchange: admin@oldchelsea.co.

We will send out an exchange mailer bag to you. Once we have received the returned item, we will then process and send your new item choice to you within normal processing & shipping times.

Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable, the exchange shipping expense will be covered by Old Chelsea.
