Shipping and Delivery
At Old Chelsea, we want you to receive your swimwear as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
Order Processing and Shipping Time Please allow us up to 1 business day to process your order. Once your order is processed, our delivery is usually speedy, with packages arriving within 2 business days.
- West Coast (United States/Canada): Delivery may take up to 4-6 business days.
- Rest of United States: Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times may vary.
Tracking Information Rest assured, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. You will receive an email with your tracking number before your order is shipped. You can track your package's journey using Canada Post's tracking portal here.
Changing Shipping Address To ensure prompt delivery, orders are processed immediately upon checkout. Unfortunately, we're unable to change shipping addresses after an order has been submitted and completed.
Expedited Delivery At this time, we do not offer same-day expedited delivery.
Gift Orders Worried about revealing the price? Don't be! We never include pricing information on any of the packages we ship out.
Package Not Received If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check common delivery points like concierge desks or mailrooms. If you still haven't received your package after 24 hours, please contact us at admin@oldchelsea.co with your order number and issue.
